Create Your Connect for Health Colorado Account with Michael Sailor

Lower your health insurance costs by accessing premium subsidies through Connect for Health Colorado. To ensure you receive the highest savings available—and personalized guidance—list Michael Sailor as your broker in your account.

If you’re new to Connect for Health Colorado, getting started is simple. Just follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up your account and connect with Michael Sailor.

Log in to Connect for Health Colorado:

1. Go to connectforhealthco.com
2. Click LOGIN on the blue bar in the upper right corner.

If you are new to Connect for Health Colorado:

1. On the new screen, if you are new to Connect for Health click on the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT Then click on “No thanks! Right now I just need to CREATE MY ACCOUNT” below the blue bar.
2. FILL IN THE REQUIRED INFORMATION, make sure you write down your username (email address) and password.
3. Bottom right, click 
4. You will be prompted to sign back in.

To set Michael up as your broker:

(We will help you choose the best plan for you, and support you through the process)

1. Once you sign back in, upper right corner, click on GET ASSISTANCE, then click on Find Expert Assistance in Your Community.
2. Under “Help from a Broker,” click FIND A BROKER. If there is a broker already listed under “This is your current Broker,” click REMOVE, then follow the steps to add us as your broker.
3. Type SAILOR in the Broker Name/Agency field, or search the license number 5173, then click “Search for Broker.”
4. Michael’s name will pop up below. Click More Details under Michael Sailor, then click AUTHORIZE. In the popup window, check the box and authorize me as your broker.
5. Click BACKon the bottom left to return to your WELCOME BACK page.

If you already have a Connect for Health account:

1. Click the SIGN IN button. (If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link or call us immediately at 970-920-9500.)

Confirm that Michael is your broker:

1. Click on GET ASSISTANCE, then click on Find Expert Assistance in Your Community.
2. Michael Craig Sailor should be listed as your current broker. If not, then set him up using the directions above.
3. Click BACK on the bottom left to return to your WELCOME BACK page.

Apply for 2025:

1. On the Welcome back page, click on the APPLY FOR 2025 blue button.
2. On the “Let us guide you” page, click the “No thanks, take me to the application” button. 
3. Confirm Michael is the broker and click Save and Continue.
4. Enter your personal information. Make sure there are no spaces after your name, or the program will not recognize it as valid.
5. Once you reach the “Let us guide you” page, click “Yes, I want to apply for financial help” and enter your financial information.
6. Please complete every step. Make sure to add all members in your tax household. This process can last between 15 and 20 minutes. Please answer everything to the best of your ability. Remember, to receive an Advanced Premium Tax Credit subsidy, the website is looking for your projected income through 2025.
7. On the “Life Changes” page, if you’re enrolling for open enrollment, click “None of these apply” at the bottom. If you are applying during a special Enrollment Period, click on the appropriate situation, or call 970-920-9500, and we will help you figure it out.
8. On the “Declarations and Signature” page, choose: “Allow Connect for Health Colorado to check my eligibility for:” 5 YEARS. Your electronic signature will have to be exactly as your name appears, or they will not accept it.
9. Once the application is completed, you will be brought to the application results page. Under “Current Application” click VIEW RESULTS AND SHOP. Click CONTINUE on each page until the plan options are displayed.
